AINOA gift vouchers can be purchased at the information desk (1st floor), which is open Mon–Sat 10–18. Gift vouchers cannot be purchased in cash. The value of the gift card can range from €10 to €250 and the sum can be used for separate payments. The gift card is valid for 12 months. The balance can be checked by reading the QR code on the back of the card or by entering the card number on the Getmybalance website.
The AINOA gift card is valid in almost all AINOA stores, except Nordea, Terveystalo, Your kawaii dream, Kiinteistömaailma and BYD Brand Store.
Restrooms are located on each floor. The restaurant Food Garden also has its own restrooms.
AINOA customers have access to a free network named Ainoa.
AINOA's Työhuone is an open and free remote working space for quiet study and work. It is open from Monday to Friday 8–20, Saturdays 10–19 and Sundays 12–18. It is located on the 1st floor, next to Espresso House.
AINOA's childcare rooms are located on the 1st, 3rd and 4th floors. Tapio Nallen Touhumetsä playroom is located on the 1st floor, next to Kidia and Fiilinki. The play area is for children under 10 years of age under parental supervision. There is a microwave oven and seating outside for small children to eat. Tapio Nallen Touhumetsä playroom is open Mon–Fri 9-21, Sat 8–19 and Sun 10–18. Strollers can be borrowed from the information desk on the first floor.
Posti, Budbee Box and Pakettipiste parcel lockers are located on the 1st floor, in the corridor next to Espresso House. Posti letterbox is on floor M by the bus terminal doors.
Otto ATM is located on floor M near the entrance to the bus terminal. TalletusOtto ATMs for deposit and withdrawal are located next to the K-supermarket.
Lockers are located on floor M near the bus terminal. Storage is free of charge. The lockers operate with a code of your choice. The shopping centre is not responsible for items left in the lockers. The lockers are emptied every evening after the shopping centre closes. Lost and found items can be requested at the information desk on the 1st floor.
The recycling point Ekopiste is located on the P2 parking level of Tapiola Park and is open during the opening hours of the car park. Ekopiste is for small household waste. It can be used to recycle energy waste, household plastics, cardboard, newspapers and magazines, glass, small metals, fluorescent tubes and energy-saving light bulbs, waste batteries and small electronic waste. Reverse vending machines for bottles are also located at Ekopiste.
AINOA is accessible for all. Accessible toilets are located on floors 1, 2 and 4, and on floor M. Wheelchairs can be borrowed from the information desk on the 1st floor.
Pets are welcome in the public areas of AINOA. It is up to the shops to decide whether or not they allow customers with pets to visit the shop.
